Nominate for the South West Farmer Awards 2025!

There’s a lot of keen support for West Country farmers happening.

We recently had the showing of the ‘Six Inches of Soil’: documentary and panel of local farmers at Radway Cinema in Sidmouth.

There’s been vociferous defence of farming support by Sidmouth’s MP of late.

Kaleb Cooper is to attend the Devon County Show next month to judge a young farmer class and conduct a Q&A session in the young farmer’s marquee.

And now we are being urged to nominate a hardworking south west farmer in the 2025 SW Farmer Awards:

DO you know a farmer that deserves to be recognised for their achievements?

Make sure they know how vital they are to their rural community and west country farming by nominating them for our South West Farmer Awards 2025.

We all know that farmers are a modest bunch, who are unlikely to shout about how hard they work. Or, as we all know, they are too busy to take the time to enter awards. This is where you come in – lets shout about their achievements for them.

Now in its ninth year, the awards give those in the farming community in the south west a chance to be recognised for their hard work.
