Bobby Hughes is a Senior Waste Management Officer at Devon County Council. She has a degree in Environmental Science and is a member of the Charted Institute of Waste Management. Bobby is passionate about behaviour change, waste education and community engagement and has pioneered projects around all these projects in Devon. She lives in Chudleigh with her family where she helps run the local Repair Café and Chudleigh Wild projects.
