BBC ‘Make a Difference’ Awards

It’s that time of year again!

Send in your nominations!

The BBC’s Make a Difference Awards have been launched in Devon and Cornwall.

The campaign is an annual BBC local radio initiative launched at the height of the pandemic. Its aim is to celebrate everyday acts of kindness by members of the public going above and beyond to make a difference where they live. One of last year’s winners, Hayley Gilbert, from Camborne Children’s Clothing Bank, said the awards “give recognition to everyday people”.
