The Sustainable Sidmouth Champions Awards ceremony happened this evening – with lots of awards given out to schools, businesses, groups and citizens.
Invitations had gone out to nominees and guests for the Awards ceremony held at Kennaway House – and almost all those who were nominated and who had nominated others were able to attend – so quite a showing!
The evening started with drinks and mingling, followed by an introduction from VGS chair Ian Gregory.
Keynote speaker Simon Jupp MP congratulated the winners and the efforts of the Sidmouth community as a whole.
And then the panel of judges presented the certificates to the winners and runners-up.
